This online training will give you better insight into what resilience in sales is, how to deal with failures and crisis and what can be your lifeline in these situations.

 Overview

The prolonged period of great changes poses numerous challenges. Most often, a larger volume of work, significant changes in the context of work (eg work from home), numerous private burdens with constant uncertainty. All of this has further depleted our resources for coping with stress. In addition to objectively complex and ungrateful circumstances, fatigue, discouragement and apathy are some of the key risks that such times bring.

Precisely because of this, resilience (i.e., the ability to recover from stressful situations) is a key competence in these times. Resilience is based on commitment to goals and values, focus on factors we can influence, the ability to recognize challenges and opportunities even in the most demanding and even threatening circumstances, the ability to maintain optimism even after a series of adverse events.

During the training, we will focus on exercises that can contribute to the acquisition of these competencies that strengthen your resilience.

Trainer:

Vladimir Borovnica, a specialist in medical psychology and holder of the European certificate for psychotherapy, has been working since 2005 at the Hospital for Psychiatry, KBC “Dr Dragiša Mišović – Dedinje”, where he deals with psycho diagnostics, group and family psychotherapy.

In addition, as a Tack TMI trainer and consultant, for over ten years he has been applying experiences from the clinical environment in a business context as a trainer and consultant. He is dedicated to working with people and improving their potentials and skills, regardless of the context. Some of the topics he deals with are: stress management, self-confidence and self-motivation, conflict resolution, communication, emotional intelligence and leadership.
