Trainer:

Marko Polovina

has been an external consultant for Tack TMI (part of Gi Group) since 2016, a trainer in the field of consulting services, compensation and benefits, and is currently employed at IKEA SEE. From 2008 to 2015, Marko was a project manager at Gi Group for the research of total income and benefits on the Serbian market, as well as specific research related to the banking sector. As part of the Gi Group HR Solutions consulting team, Marko was responsible for the implementation of various projects, such as workplace evaluation projects, salary structure development projects, projects for the development and implementation of procedures in the field of human resources, as well as for training in these areas. Marko built his experience through many years of work in different HR fields. At NLB Bank, he worked on projects within the framework of recruitment and selection, as well as on the development of new HR procedures, and in the position of HR manager at MPC Holding.
