During the training, participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the concepts of developmental and fixed mental attitude (mindset). Understand what all the implications are for both the business and private environment. They will have the opportunity to reconsider their own mindset and the consequences that the mindset has on personal development. Finally, during the training, participants will be introduced to various specific techniques that can help encourage developmental mindset – both the personality and the team in which they work.

 Training topics:

  • What is a developmental and what is a fixed mental attitude?
  • Different implications of different mindset / research evidence (how mindset affects access to work, learning and development, acceptance of feedback, results…)
  • How to change the mindset?o Owno Someone else (colleagues, children)
  • How to foster a culture of team development?

Vladimir Borovnica, a specialist in medical psychology and holder of the European certificate for psychotherapy, has been working since 2005 at the Hospital for Psychiatry, KBC “Dr Dragiša Mišović – Dedinje”, where he deals with psychodiagnostics, group and family psychotherapy.

In addition, as a Tack TMI trainer and consultant, he has been applying experiences from the clinical environment in a business context for over ten years. It is dedicated to working with people and improving their potentials and skills, regardless of the context. Some of the topics he deals with are: stress management, self-confidence and self-motivation, conflict resolution, communication, developmental mental attitude, emotional intelligence and leadership.
